On May 17th we all headed up to Dallas for the weekend to celebrate the graduation of my sister-in-law, Angela. We got there in the evening and while I was unable to attend the actual graduation ceremony (limited tickets were given to each graduate and immediate family got priority) we all did go to dinner afterwards at the restaurant she worked at which was awesome because the food seemed endless ^^
This was also the first time that I wore Lolita in front of my husband's family so I will admit that I was a little nervous at first but everyone really liked my outfit and asked questions and stuff, which made me very happy.

Heat sensing screen. Look at how hot I am. hehe |

This machine was cool. You put your hand under the light and it shows your veins |
|
On this one when you moved it projected all the movements you made on the screen |
|
This one took a little more time to take effect but the blocks moved when you did also. |
We missed out on a lot of the exhibits but we were shown the sports hall briefly. You can race against several athletes, a cheetah or even a t-rex, which was really interesting. I hope one day we are able to go again. If anyone is in Dallas I highly recommend checking this place out. There was so much to see and a lot of it was interactive which made it that much better ^^
Sunday was a day for us to relax but we did manage to go out to eat at Benihana so I dressed up for fun.

We really had such a great time hanging out with Adrian's sister and her boyfriend. They really are such great people and we always have an awesome time together which is why I'm sad that they just moved to Chicago last week. Hopefully they can visit or we can visit them because I miss them lots!
It had been a while since I spent the weekend out of town but I knew I wanted to pack lots of Lolita clothes. What kind of clothing do you pack for a trip? I'd love to hear about it ^^
Until next time... - Angel
